MADE TO ORDER & PRODUCTION

Every piece is individually hand-crafted in limited quantities upon order to ensure minimal waste and exceptional quality. Please allow [2–3 weeks] for your garment to be completed prior to shipping. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because each garment is made specifically for you upon order, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.

> If you require a size adjustment, we are happy to offer a size exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

> Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

> In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately for a repair or replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is accepted and enters our production cycle, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need to cancel or amend your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your purchase before production begins.
