MADE-TO-ORDER & FULFILLMENT
Every SEONGAH YOON piece is individually made-to-order and handcrafted by local artisans in London. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and quality inspection before your order is dispatched.
Our customer care and fulfillment teams operate out of the UK and are available Monday–Friday (GMT/BST). Processing times and client support responses may experience slight delays during new collection releases, peak seasonal periods, or UK public holidays.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are calculated from your order’s dispatch date and depend on the shipping service selected at checkout. You will receive an automated email confirmation containing a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update tracking information after receiving your dispatch notice.
We ship globally via express courier to the following destinations:
> United Kingdom: Standard and Express shipping options available at checkout.
> International: We ship directly to the United States, China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore. All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)—all local taxes, import duties, and fees are calculated directly at checkout with no additional charges upon delivery.
DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
Please ensure all billing and shipping addresses are completely accurate at the time of purchase. Once an order enters our production or fulfillment pipeline, we are strictly unable to redirect parcels, change delivery details, or modify items.
SEONGAH YOON cannot be held liable for transit delays caused by third-party courier handling, remote delivery locations, customs clearance holds, or adverse weather conditions.
